We advise wellies or boots to walk the trail (depending on weather conditions, the grounds could be mucky in places).

No, you can book online to save time and collect your booklets onsite. Or you can come along on site and pay at either the Toadstool Cottage (on weekends) or from The Golf Club reception (on weekdays). However, we do ask you to book online for events.

The Galgorm Fairy Trail, is suitable for any age & enjoyed by all ages!

No, we are self-funded. Admission sales all go back into adding new elements & features to the trail, so there is always something new/different upon return.

Yes there is free parking on site at Toadstool Cottage and around the Galgorm Castle Estate grounds.

Yes, your furry family members are allowed on site, as long as kept on a lead and remain well behaved. (Please clean up any mess left behind).

Unfortunately our trail, is not suitable for wheelchair/pushchair access.  Many visitors do bring prams and manage OK but some fairy doors are very narrow and be asvised to please have some assistance with you.  Double prams are NOT SUITABLE.  However we are currently in the process of designing & creating our new wheelchair/pushchair accessible route along the trail. We are sorry for any disappointment caused by this.

Yes, there are picnic tables located at the Toadstool Cottage and throughout the trail. Creative Gardens and Castle Kitchen restaurant are on site and there are many local cafes in the Galgorm and Ballymena area.

Yes, we are open 7 days a week. With the last entrance to the trail at 5pm, extending these hours during the summer months.

Admission is set at £4 per Child & £3 per Adult. (Under 1 is Free)
