Users of any Trail purchased from Brilliant Trails are solely responsible for the safety of themselves and their party whilst on a Trail. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, or accident or injury to life and limb incurred whilst on a Trail.

Use by you of this site
You must use this site in a lawful manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use this site or any services on this site:to send, receive, upload, download, store, use, distribute or publish any material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or which breaches of any other person’s intellectual property rights;
To send unsolicited emails or messages or to collect or store personal data about other users of this site without their consent or for any other purpose in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998;
To carry out any activities to obtain lists of users;
To use or transmit through this site any material that contains viruses or use any software designed to interrupt the functionality of any computer software or hardware or this site;
To do anything that imposes an unreasonable load on this site.
You agree to indemnify Brilliant Trails and hold Brilliant Trails harmless against any claims, and reasonable costs or expenses resulting from your use of this site or services on this site in breach of clause 5.
Use by you of this site in breach of this clause 5 entitles Brilliant Trails to terminate immediately your access permission to this site.

Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the entire content, design and the selection and arrangement of the content and material contained in this site, including but not limited to text, software (including applets), music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layout, are protected by copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. You acknowledge and agree that you are permitted to use this material and information only on the bases expressly set out below and any use such as but not limited to: copying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, or creating derivative works of such content or information is prohibited without the prior express written authorisation of Brilliant Trails.

You acknowledge that the copyright, design right and all other intellectual property rights in any Trails purchased from Brilliant Trail (including eTrails and personalised Trails) and any other documents or items prepared or produced in relation to the Trails belong to us absolutely, subject to any copyright in any images which may be uploaded for the purposes of creating a personalised Trail.
The names, images and logos identifying Brilliant Trails are propriety marks of Brilliant Trails.

You are permitted to print and download extracts, eTrails and personalised Trails from this site only on the following bases:
use of documents and related graphics on this site, downloads or creations from this site are for personal non-commercial use only;
any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use;
No documents, eTrails, personalised Trails or related graphics on this site are to be modified in any way;
No part of this site or any Trails downloaded or created from the site may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without Brilliant Trails’ prior written permission.
The copying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, or creating of derivative works of the content or information contained in this site or from Trails downloaded or created from this site are prohibited without the prior express written authorisation of Brilliant Trails.
Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved to Brilliant Trails.

Delivery Information

Your Brilliant Trails products are available as a PDF to download and print at home or work. The email you receive after purchase will contain all the relevant information regarding your purchase and download.

If you select a Download you will be automatically directed to a webpage where you can download a pdf of the Trail and print it at home or work. You will also be sent an email containing a link to the pdf which will expire after 72 hours. Personalised Trails can be only be edited once. Brilliant Trails cannot be held responsible for any errors by the user.
Please note that Trails are for personal use only and cannot be photocopied. If you wish for more than one copy of a Trail, please get in touch and we can arrange for a bulk discount.

Refund, Cancellation and Replacement Policy
Brilliant Trails does not offer refunds for any trails downloaded or personalised Trails created.
Cancellation of an order is only possible up to the point of payment. Once payment has been made, and the download screen is accessed, cancellation is not possible.
Replacement of downloaded trails and personalised trails will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In all instances contact us for more details.

Currency and Export Restrictions
All orders processed through this site will be conducted using GBP.
All trails are located in the UK & Ireland, export restrictions do not apply.

Privacy Policy

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, book a trail, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form, either the answer submission or contact form.
When filling out a form, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Answer form submission information will be held for a period of 6 months for competition purposes, then deleted. This information will only be viewed by authorised staff and will not be used in conjunction with any promotional content nor provided to any 3rd parties.
Contact form information will be the same as above, only stored for a month then deleted.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
For competiton purposes.
To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others, rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Your order
For a user who places an order, we request personal information on the order form used in the shopping cart. Contact (name, address, email, etc.) and payment information (credit card number and expiration date) is requested. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer. Credit card transactions are processed using a third party payment gateway system. The payment gateway is an authority in trusted modular payment solutions and security systems on the Internet.
